Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is to provide software licenses for laboratory stations with licenses for measurements of 4G radio communication systems as part of the project entitled Public Security Technology Center No. FEDS.01.01-IZ.00-0003/24.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order can be found here respectively, in Appendix No. 3 to SWZ OPZ.3. The detailed scope of performance of the subject of the contract, which is the draft provisions of the public procurement contract, is included in the contract template constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. 3. Export restrictions The contractor is obliged to ensure that the offered the subject of the order may be exported, re-exported, transferred and delivered to the Wrocław University of Science and Technology in accordance with applicable regulations. In the case of products, their components, software or technologies subject to export control regulations, in particular double-duty products applications originating from the People's Republic of China, the Contractor is obliged, before submitting the offer, to verify the possibility of their legal delivery to the Ordering Party.
