A brief description of the procurement: The purpose of the contracting authority is to find providers who provide social transport services in the territory of Saaremaa rural municipality who provide social transport services in the source documents of the procurement and under the conditions set out in its annexes. The service is provided to a person who, due to the special physical or mental needs, has an obstacle to the use of a personal or public transport vehicle and who is aimed at social transport services for the rural municipality social department to allow them to use the necessary means of transport to a medical institution, employment or educational institution. The contracting authority reserves the right to increase or decrease the circle of servants by informing the carriers in writing.
