The subject of the order is the provision of social services in the form of temporary shelter with care services along with food for homeless people from the area of the city of Pruszcz Gdaski, in quantity, on dates, and in accordance with the IDW, the contract template and the description of the subject of the order. The Ordering Party requires the Contractor had a facility providing 24-hour shelter to homeless people located at such a distance from the administrative borders of the City of Pruszcz Gdaski where the average travel time by passenger car is no more than 1 hour (based on the Contractor's declaration). The cost of transporting a homeless person from Pruszcz Gdaski to the shelter is covered by the Contractor. The contractor running a shelter for homeless people with care services, providing services under the order, in addition to the provisions specified in the contract template: 1) keeps a register of people using the facility's assistance referred by the Municipal Aid Center Social in Pruszcz Gdaski, 2) conducts social work, in particular motivating homeless people to take action to solve difficult life situations, 3) motivates homeless people to take up activities and samod...
