The subject of the order is the provision of social services consisting in conducting improvement and activation classes for people who are dependent due to age or disability, aimed at maintaining or improving functional efficiency and independence in everyday functioning, comprehensive implementation of activating, preventive and social activities for older people.2. The service provided is supportive, activating and preventive and focuses on well-being of participants and maintaining their fitness, does not constitute health care or medical services, and does not include diagnosis, therapy or therapeutic activities. The service is addressed to people who are dependent due to age, health condition or disabilities, in particular people with reduced functional capacity, people at risk of loss of independence, people at risk of negative age-related consequences. 3.
