Tender Details

The subject of the ordered service is to provide residents with assistants who, through direct assistance in everyday functioning, will provide support in meeting the needs described in point 2. The Ordering Party, through designated employees, will accept residents' reports regarding their needs to deal with matters of everyday life. Acceptance of such a notification (after meeting the criteria for granting assistance) will take place by forwarding it to the Contractor for implementation. Applications will be accepted on... 1 to 30 days in advance, according to the order in which they are requested. The Ordering Party will estimate the time needed to complete an individual request so that the services on a given day can be completed as planned. The ordering party estimates the total number of overtime hours of the service during the execution time orders will not exceed 100 and will result only from circumstances that cannot be predicted. The Contractor will include in the offer price the possibility of such hours, without the right to any other remuneration in this respect.
