Providing social catering tasks Subject of service: provision of social public catering with food preparation and delivery, within the framework of a fixed-term contract of 24 + 24 months. Subject of service: provision of social public catering food preparation and delivery, within the framework of a fixed-term contract of 24 months + an additional maximum of 24 months. Territorial scope of the service: Budapest XVI. Administrative area of ​​district. Type of meals: Delivered to the institution (from Mon until Friday): - 4 meals twice a day (afternoon and lunch) and 1 meal three times a day (afternoon, lunch and snack); Delivered to the apartment, from Monday to Saturday (Saturday meal delivered on Friday): - two meals a day (10 o'clock and lunch). Services are not provided on Sundays and public holidays. Institutional lunches are delivered in "badella", residential delivery is done in a cold state ("shocked" treatment). During the delivery of the public lunch, the packaging must be prepared using technology that which allows heating in a microwave oven (with packaging).
