Tender Details

The subject of the order is the provision of services consisting in servicing multifunctional devices and printers. The subject of the order was specified in detail in the Description of the Subject Matter of the Order (OPZ), constituting Annex No. 4a and 4b to the SWZ, constituting at the same time, Annex No. 1 to the draft provisions of the contract constituting Annexes No. 5a and 5b to the SWZ, respectively. The subject of the order is divided into 2 parts: Part No. 1 - Service and repair of multifunctional devices, including replacement of materials operational; Part No. 2 - Printer service and repair. The Ordering Party allows the submission of partial offers for one or two tasks. The Ordering Party does not allow the division of tasks. In a complicated situation that does not allow the Contractor to make repairs or service of multifunctional devices or printers at the Ordering Party's premises, for the duration of the repair/service at its premises, the Contractor will, in return, provide replacement equipment with parameters not worse than those of the Ordering Party's equipment taken for service/repair.
