5.1. The subject of the order is the provision of services related to the preparation of tender documentation and participation in the conduct of the public procurement procedures mentioned therein, in accordance with the Act of September 11, 2019 Public Procurement Law (i.e. Journal Laws of 2024, item 1320, of 2025, item 620, 769, 794, 1165, 1173, 1235 from Mon. amended), hereinafter referred to as Pzp.5.2.
