1. The subject of this order is the provision of services related to the organization and conduct of early child development support classes as part of the government program For Life in order to ensure the implementation of the tasks of the leading center coordination, rehabilitation and care in 2026. The subject of the service is the implementation of tasks in the field of government administration resulting from the Comprehensive support program for families Behind Life, constituting an annex to Resolution No. 189 of the Council of Ministers of 27 December 2021 amending the resolution on the comprehensive support program for families Za Życiem (M.P. of 2022, item 64), hereinafter referred to as the Program, in the scope of: ensuring the implementation of the tasks of the leading coordination, rehabilitation and care center in the area poviat, specified in Article 90v(4) of the Act of September 7, 1991 on the education system and in the regulation of the Minister of National Education of August 30, 2023 on detailed tasks of leading coordination, rehabilitation and care centers (Journal of Laws item 1801).
