Tender Details

The subject of the order is the organization and service of the 3rd scientific conference Trees and forests in a changing environment, including in particular: 1) Rental and arrangement of rooms and infrastructure for the Conference: a) Rental of a facility; b) Arrangement of the facility;c) Arrangement of the Conference Secretariat area.2) Catering service.3) Transport service.The conference will be held on October 12, 2026 in the stationary format in Poznań and on October 13, 2026 in the form of a field session (at 3:00 p.m. at 7:00 p.m.) Institute of Dendrology of the Polish Academy of Sciences in Krnik. The ordering party expects a maximum of 250 participants. The final number of participants will be communicated to the Contractor no later than September 15, 2026. The Ordering Party guarantees the provision of a catering service for minimum 50 people (on each day of the conference) and transport services in the scope of renting at least one coach with a capacity of not less than 50.
