Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the provision of a service called providing services consisting in transporting students to primary schools located in the Gzy commune. The task includes transporting children to schools in the 2026/2027 school year - to the Public Primary School. Polish Olympic Champions in Skaszew Wociaski and the Public Primary School. Polish-Hungarian Friendship in Przewodów Poduchowny. Children may be transported only by means of transport that meet the technical requirements specified in the provisions of the Act. Road Traffic Law (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1251, as amended) and other regulations related to the transport of passengers, Act of September 6, 2001 on road transport (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 1490, as amended). Childcare during transport is organized by i provided by the Contractor. The tasks of the students' guardian during the implementation of the subject of the order are included in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. The contractor must ensure safe transport for the students, i.e. appropriate safety and hygiene conditions. Buses must have sufficient numbers seats on a specific route.
