The subject of the order is a service consisting in the successive preparation of estimates of the value of real estate for the needs of the City of Jelenia Gra in 2026, in accordance with the principles set out in the Act of August 21, 1997 on real estate management (Journal of Laws of 2024 item 1145 from Mon. amended) and in the regulation of the Minister of Development and Technology of September 5, 2023 on the valuation of real estate (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1832). CZ I - appraisal reports: 1. developed real estate intended for sale on the road tender for 5 operations, 2. residential premises intended for sale by tender to 35 reports, 3. commercial premises intended for sale by tender to 25 reports, 4. specifying the value of the share in the property intended for sale on the road tender and without tender up to 3 surveys. A total of up to 68 surveys. The order will be implemented for properties located within the administrative boundaries of the city of Jelenia Gra, including: Cieplice, Sobieszów, Jagnitków, Goduszyn, Czarne, Maciejów, Zabobrze and Jeleni Gr Center.
