"Providing services in the field of preparation and delivery of meals" 1. The subject of the order is the provision of services of preparing and delivering all-day meals, taking into account diets and caloric values for patients, accompanying persons and staff. The Ordering Party, according to current needs: 1)for location: Hospital im. Saint Jadwiga Śląska in Trzebnica, ul. Prusicka 53-55, 55-100 Trzebnica. 2) for a local branch, i.e. for the location: Rehabilitation and Long-Term Care Hospital in Żmigród, ul. Willowa 4, 55-140 Żmigród. for a period of 18 months. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. 3. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of partial offers - the justification can be found in the SWZ. 1.The subject of the order is providing services in the preparation and delivery of all-day meals, taking into account diets and caloric values for patients, accompanying persons and the Ordering Party's staff, according to current needs: 1)for location: Hospital im.
