Tender Details

The subject of the order is the organization and support of the Science for the Forest scientific seminar. From scientific research to practical recommendations and implementations in forest management and protection of natural resources, including in particular: 1) Room rental service and infrastructure for conducting the Seminar.2) Catering service3) Accommodation service. 4) Transport service. The scope of the order includes the provision of infrastructure and the provision of accommodation and catering services during the seminar series for foresters, during which employees of the Institute of Dendrology of the Polish Academy of Sciences will present issues related to practical challenges in forest breeding and protection as seen through the eyes of a scientist. The meetings are also intended to create the opportunity for interaction and exchange of experiences between participants participants. Seminars will be held periodically, in a stationary format, in Krnik, on: May 18-20, 2026, May 25-27, 2026, June 8-10, 2026, June 15-17, 2026.
