Providing services in the field of inter-municipal public transport Part no. 1 Performing as part of public collective transport (Line 512, 512a) in the transport network organized by the Ścinawa commune in the area of the Ścinawa commune and other communes, with which the Ścinawa commune will conclude agreement on the joint organization of services in the field of public collective transport, passenger transport services, their hand luggage and animals. Transport services will be provided: 1) by one Solaris Urbino bus 12, owned by the Ordering Party, which will be lent to the Contractor to perform transport only in municipal transport, operated and serviced by the Contractor at his expense in accordance with the operating instructions and repairs and conditions; 2) one bus reserve, which will be provided by the Contractor as part of the implementation tasks that meet the requirements of the Ordering Party: min. 90 seats, year of production: min. 2021, length, min. 12.00 m, low deck, air-conditioned. Estimated number of vehicle kilometers in 12 months on a given line: 109, 131.95. The estimated amount of operational work during the contract period may differ from the actual one, e.g. due to the date of conclusion of the contract.
