The subject of the order is: provision of services in the field of disinfection, disinfestation, rodent control, deodorization and ozonation in residential buildings, commercial buildings and premises administered by the Real Estate Management Company in the Praga Poudnie District capital city of Warsaw. The scope of the subject of the order includes, among others: 1) disinfection and disinfestation: a) in residential buildings and in buildings and commercial premises, including those constituting the registered office of the Ordering Party, b) in vacant premises of residential and commercial premises, c) places physical activity (playgrounds, gyms) and elements of small architecture, 2) pest control in residential buildings and in buildings and commercial premises, including those constituting the headquarters of the Ordering Party and in their surroundings, 3) deodorization or ozonation (together with comprehensive cleaning of rooms after deaths) of vacant premises after leaving the premises or after the deceased, 4) eliminating unusual pests from adjacent areas, i.e. wasp nests, hornets, habitats of rats, martens, etc. 5) comprehensive ozonation of the building, 6) cleaning pollution caused by birds in attics, balconies, vacant buildings and common parts of buildings, including the disposal of dead birds...
