Tender Details

1.The scope of the service for disabled persons and people with reduced mobility at the Warsaw-Radom Airport concerns assistance to disabled passengers in accordance with the guidelines below.

a.The Passenger must report his/her arrival at the RDO and request for assistance at the Points;

b.Przemithe Passenger walking from the Point to the ticket and baggage check-in desk at T;

c.Check-in the Passenger's ticket and baggage and check in his/her luggage;

d. Passenger's movement from the ticket and baggage check-in desk to the plane, along with assistance in completing all required proceduresr, including emigration, customs and security procedures;

e. Passenger's boarding of the aircraft using elevators (if available at the airport), wheelchairs or other necessary assistance, depending on the circumstances;

f. Passenger's movement from the aircraft door to his/her ownseats on the plane;

g.Collecting and storing the Passenger's cabin luggage on the plane;

h. Movement of the Passenger from his seat on the plane to the door of the plane;

i.The Passenger leaves the plane using elevators (if available at the airport), wodisability or other assistance needed, as applicable;

j. Passenger's movement from the aircraft to the baggage claim hall and baggage collection, along with assistance in completing all required procedures, including immigration and customs procedures;
