The subject of the order is a service services consisting in periodic inspections and continuous maintenance, troubleshooting, repairing electrical installations and devices in the building of the Faculty of Mathematics, Computer Science and Mechanics at ul. Banacha 2 in Warsaw. 2.Information. IN Currently, an investment is taking place in part of the building, the completion of which is planned for the end of March 2027. The investment concerns the reconstruction of part of the building in the southern tower along the entire height of the building and the southern connector on the following levels: 0 - basement, 1, 2. Installations on the part of the building subject to reconstruction are not included in the scope of the order. II. GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE BUILDING 1. Purpose of the facility. The building was built in the 1950s as a teaching and office building for a military higher education school. Is used in the same way since its construction, i.e. without any changes to the existing condition in terms of function.
