Pursuant to Art. 91 of the Public Procurement Law, the Ordering Party specifies that one Contractor may submit an offer in relation to one or two selected parts of the order. The service consists in performing (according to the needs of the Ordering Party) geodetic control of the location of objects whose location may violate the boundaries of the road, based on written orders submitted to the Contractor by e-mail. The scope and method of execution of orders are specified in detail in the Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ). The maximum number of facilities subject to geodetic control during the period of validity of this agreement is: 40. A detailed list of sections of national roads administered by the indicated Districts of the Branch in Krakow is included in Annex No. 1 to the OPZ.
