PROVISION OF WASTE COLLECTION AND MANAGEMENT SERVICES MUNICIPAL CONSTRUCTIONS ESTABLISHED ON THE PROPERTIES OF THE MUNICIPALITIES OF THE INTERMUNICAL ASSOCIATION "ECO-FUT" IN NOWA SOL The subject of the order is the provision of municipal waste collection and management services, arising on the premises of residential and uninhabited properties (excluding cemeteries), where municipal waste is generated, located in the Municipalities of the Intermunicipal Association "Eko-Przyszłość", including recovery or disposal, equipment real estate and selective collection points for municipal waste in containers, containers and bags. 2. The Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ) includes Annex No. 1 to the SWZ together with annexes to the OPZ. Contractors who can apply for the contract are: 1) no are subject to exclusion; 2) meet the conditions for participation in the procedure specified by the Ordering Party in the announcement about the order and this ToR. 2.
