The subject of the order is the provision of service support services within the scope described in the SOPZ (points 3.1. - 3.4.), along with maintaining the required service levels (SLA), including providing manufacturer's support, RMA implementation, updates, providing subscriptions and licenses on currently operating Devices and Software in the OSE infrastructure, including: Providing technical support and license extension/providing new licenses by the Device and Software manufacturer listed in Appendix 1 to SOPZ "List of Devices and Software". Providing confirmation of the purchased manufacturer's support for Devices and Software. ·Ensuring the Contractor's technical support service for the System is provided in accordance with with the requirements described in points 3.1 and 3.2 of the SOPZ. Replacement or repair of Devices as a result of reporting their damage. ·Exercise of the option right to the extent specified in the Agreement. Record number: AU-002651
