Providing the service of a Substitute Investor in the implementation of the investment task entitled: "Construction of a multifunctional rehearsal room and a ballet rehearsal room on the internal terraces of the Grand Theater - National Opera" 1. The subject of the order is the provision of the Investor's service Substitute in the implementation of the investment task entitled: "Construction of a multi-functional rehearsal room and ballet rehearsal room on the internal terraces of the Grand Theater - National Opera". The main task of the substitute investor will be comprehensive supervision of the process investment at all its stages, including in particular the exercise of multi-sector investor supervision in accordance with the Construction Law and the conditions specified in the building permit decision. The scope of duties also includes current monitoring the progress and quality of works, reporting the level of investment advancement, coordinating the activities of participants in the construction process, assessing the materials and technical solutions used, giving opinions on design changes, conducting meetings coordination and verification of the works performed in terms of material and financial aspects. 2.
