Tender Details
The subject of this public procurement procedure is the procurement of the services of the operator/manager of the sorting plant, i.e. its infrastructure that provides services to the end users of the products/services of the sorting plant.
Namely, in accordance with Article 9, Paragraph 3 of the Agreement on the Allocation of Grants for Projects Funded from the EU Fundprayer in the financial period 2014-2020. Construction and equipping of a facility for sorting separately collected waste in Metković, which was concluded between the City of Metković on the one hand and the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development and the Fund for Environmental Protection and Energy Efficiency on the other withcountry, after building and/or equipping a facility for sorting separately collected waste and obtaining a use permit, the Client is obliged to carry out a transparent, non-discriminatory and unconditional selection process for the operator of the sorting facility in accordance with the principles of the Law on Public Procurement orof the Law on Concessions.
According to the above, the subject of this public procurement procedure is the procurement of the services of the operator/manager of a facility for sorting separately collected waste (sorting plant), i.e. a building for waste management that is intended for sorting, mechanical processing and temporary storagedisposal of separately collected municipal waste, which is located at cp. 11974/1, registered office Metković.
