Tender Details

1. The subject of the contract is:
1) Annual service review and maintenance of the Haux - Starmed hyperbar chamber system - Quadro 2700/2.2/C, including on -site removal or if it is impossible at the contractor's headquarters, during the review of all defects in the so -called chamber systems,
2) annual reviewService Service of the DeComat 4.0 control system together with the installation of the necessary software updates,
3) replacement of a complete fire system,
and
4) Preparation and delivery of the receipt of the abovementioned services together with all necessary documents referred to in §5 para. 3 of the contract, in Polish.
