Tender Details

1. The subject of the contract is:
1) Annual service review and maintenance of the Haux - Starmed hyperbar chamber system - Quadro 2700/2.2/C, including on -site removal or if it is impossible at the contractor's headquarters, during the review of all defects in the so -called chamber systems,
2) Annual reviewService control system of DeComat 4.0 together with installing the necessary software updates,
3) replacement of a complete fire -fighting system,
and
4) preparation and delivery of the receipt of the abovementioned services together with all necessary documents referred to in §5 para. 3 contracts, inPolish language.

3. Delicular description of the subject of the contract is Annex 1 to the template of the contract entitled List of service and repair activities.
3.1 Zamawierza informs that:
- the main reducer of the fire system mentionedIt was in 2018.- exhaust hoses in the chamber were replaced in 2018.- The chamber control software is decomat in version 4.0 installed in October 2023.
4. The contractor is obliged, in particular to:
- to find necessary tools and service codes to carry outa complete scope of service activities, including system updates, if the manufacturer requires it,
-to rejoice documentation from the performed review activities in Polish;
