The subject of the order is the provision of the service of printing, copying and scanning documents on the devices of the Contractor and the Ordering Party, along with service support for OR KRUS in Kielce and its subordinate Field Branches.2. The subject of the order includes: in particular: 1) lease of 34 devices enabling making copies, prints and scanning of documents (lease), including 11 devices must have a color printing function with the possibility of separately counting copies printed in color and copies monochrome and 23 monochrome devices, 2) comprehensive service of the Contractor's devices and the Ordering Party's devices, consisting in ensuring the ability to print, copy and scan documents, 3) delivery and installation of devices to the locations indicated by the Ordering Party, 4) delivery of consumables, excluding photocopier paper, 5) Providing full service in the scope of: - carrying out repairs and maintenance, - carrying out inspections periodic, - replacing consumables in printers, - providing advice on the maintenance of devices, - replacing devices under repair with devices with parameters not worse than those of the damaged printer (in the case of notification of such a need by the Ordering Party).3.
