Providing the service of planting greenery and maintaining greenery in the area of ​​real estate owned by the Management Board of Municipal Housing Resources sp. z o.o., divided into two parts. Part I - Providing services consisting in planting trees and shrubs in green areas of real estate owned by the Ordering Party, located in the city of Poznań, Part II - Provision of services consisting in the ongoing care of trees and shrubs in green areas owned by real estate the Ordering Party, located in the city of Poznań. The Ordering Party informs that the offer, including the declarations referred to in Chapter VIII point 1 of the SWZ, is prepared in Polish, under pain of nullity, in electronic form (with qualified electronic signature) or in electronic form with a trusted signature or electronic personal signature in data formats specified in the regulations issued pursuant to Art. 18 of the Act of February 17, 2005 on computerization activities of entities carrying out public tasks.
