3.1. The subject of the order is the organization of a four-day training: Career counseling with a total duration of 34 training hours (45 min/h), aimed at: learning new trends in the work of a career counselor, acquiring and deepening knowledge in the field of work individual and group career counseling with clients who are at various stages of professional development, self-diagnosis, development of one's own work style and learning techniques for combining counseling with new trends, e.g. with coaching, the technique of Rational Behavior Therapy for 3 employees of the Ordering Party, as part of the project entitled Willing to develop effectiveness in helping (Type I), co-financed by the European Union under the European Social Fund + Priority FESL.05 European Funds for the labor market, Action FESL.05.06 Training for IRP employees of the European Funds for Silesia Program 2021-2027.
