Tender Details

1. Pursuant to Art. 95 section 1 Pzp and within the meaning of the provisions of the Act of 26 June 1974 of the Labor Code (Journal of Laws of 2026, item 1245, as amended), within the meaning of Art. 22 of the Labor Code, the Ordering Party requires employment for the entire duration of the contract under an employment contract of at least 2 employees to perform as part of the order execution, the following activities: a) daily: o Collecting papers, solid and other pollutants. o Keeping curbs, sidewalks, squares and roads free of weeds. o Removing weeds in sidewalk cracks. o Keeping concrete strips around buildings clean (e.g. removing growing grass, etc.). o Emptying waste containers placed next to buildings 3 times a week (Tuesday, Thursday and Friday) and placing them in collective containers (waste segregation is required). o Maintaining order at containers for collecting municipal waste, loading them if necessary. scattered waste into containers.o Removal of leaves and other dirt from sidewalks, roads and hardened squares.b) periodic:o In the event of strong winds or other unfavorable weather conditions, removal on request For...
