The subject of the order is the provision of a service consisting in carrying out a substantive assessment of application forms submitted by enterprises from the micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (MP) sector applying for participation in the project and carrying out on-site visits to enterprises qualified for evaluation. The service includes in particular: 1. Assessment services including: assessment of enterprises' fulfillment of the criteria for participation in the project, assessment of the enterprises' potential to use the services provided in the project, preparing assessment results in accordance with the principles and criteria specified in the project documentation, 2. Services of conducting on-site visits and verifying the potential of enterprises.
