1. The subject of the order is the provision of a service consisting in the implementation, configuration, launch and warranty of a Chatbot solution, intended to serve candidates by providing information regarding recruitment processes conducted by the Ordering Party, in connection with the implementation of the project called Retaining talents: Program for preventing early school leaving at the Academy of Fine Arts in Krakow - Co-financing agreement no.: FERS.01.05-IP.08-0006/25-00.2. The chatbot should support candidates in the following areas: information related to: recruitment for first-cycle studies, recruitment for second-cycle studies, recruitment for uniform master's studies.3. The scope of information provided should include, in particular, recruitment rules, deadlines, required documents, fees, conditions of admission to studies, stages of the qualification procedure and other information published by the Ordering Party for the purposes of the recruitment process.4.
