1. The subject of the order is the provision of a service consisting in the development of comprehensive design and cost estimate documentation as part of the investment task no. 2026/20 entitled Design and construction of a bus lane in the Omanki commune.2. The purpose of the order is: improving the traffic of public collective transport, i.e. ensuring buses have priority, by eliminating them from road congestion. The task is to shorten travel time, reduce delays and increase the reliability and attractiveness of transport collective.3. The following works should be included as part of the design service: 1) Scope I is shown in Figure No. 1.a) development and approval of a permanent traffic organization project to enable public transport traffic by establishing one-way traffic along Glinianki Street to the border with the capital city of Warsaw along with obtaining an opinion on geometry by the traffic management authority, b) changes in the entry/exit geometry by rebuilding Stara Cegielnia Street to the extent indicated in drawing no. 3, c) verification of the passability of public transport vehicles, d) obtaining a positive opinion from the entities designated for the organi...
