Tender Details

1. The subject of the Order is the implementation of the task titled: Self-presentation and public speaking course in connection with the implementation of the project Today, I teach tomorrow as a student. A detailed description of the subject of the order is attached as Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ. Pursuant to Art. 95 section 1 of the Act, Contractor or the Subcontractor is obliged to employ, under an employment contract within the meaning of the provisions of the Labor Code, all employees directly related to the performance of training services that are the subject of this order, the performance of which consists in performing the work in the manner specified in Art. 22 1 of the Act of June 26, 1974, Labor Code. Detailed requirements regarding the implementation and enforcement of the employment requirement based on an employment relationship are specified in the contract template.
