Part 1 - Provision of collection, transport and final management services for solid waste from waste gas treatment with code 19 01 07* Part 2 - Provision of collection, transport and final management of dust from boilers containing dangerous substances with code 19 01 15* The subject of the order is the successive collection, transport and final management of waste generated in the process of thermal transformation of municipal waste at the Municipal Waste Disposal Plant. in Białystok (hereinafter: "ZUOK w Białystok" or "ZUOK") for a period of 12 months. The term "final waste management" means the final recovery process R2-R11 in accordance with Annex No. 1 to the Act of December 14, 2012 on waste (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587, as amended).
