Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is to perform the service of acting as a Substitute Investor for the task: Construction of a Spatial Disorientation Simulator with Infrastructure at WIML in the scope of the following tasks: a) Preparation of tender documentation for form of SWZ together with the Architectural and Construction Concept and the Functional and Utility Program (FFU), in order to select a professional investment contractor and participate in the proceedings, b) Supervising the implementation of the Investment (i.e. construction of the SDP Simulator building in design and build formula) together with obtaining an occupancy permit on behalf of the Ordering Party, c) Monitoring and supporting the financial settlement of the investment task.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order along with the planned scope of work investment is included in Appendix No. I to the SWZ.
