Providing services in the scope of performing functions Substitute Investor as part of the investment called "Comprehensive execution of construction and installation works, complete in every respect, in the building of the Headquarters of Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego at Aleje Jerozolimskie 7 in Warsaw" I The subject of the order is providing the service of acting as a Substitute Investor as part of the investment called "Comprehensive execution of complete pods in all respects, construction and installation works in the building of the Headquarters of Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego at Aleje Jerozolimskie 7 in Warsaw". Construction and installation works in the BGK Headquarters Building were started in 2022 and have not been completed as of the date of initiation of these proceedings. From the date of commencement of construction works, investor supervision was provided by the contractor with whom the public procurement contract was terminated in 2025. Currently, investor supervision is carried out by another entity during the transition period (since the termination of the contract with the previous contractor). The contractor whose offer will be selected as most favorable, will be responsible for continuing investor supervision, as well as for activities closely related to comprehensive investment management. The detailed scope of the Contractor's obligation is specified in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ/AGREEMENT "Description subject of the order."
