Tender Details

The subject of the order is the provision of the service of acting as Personal Data Protection Inspector. The Contractor, pursuant to the principles set out in the ToR and the draft contractual provisions, undertakes to perform activities for the Ordering Party consisting in fulfilling functions of the Personal Data Protection Inspector (IOD) in accordance with Art. 37 of the Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data (GDPR) of May 25, 2018 and Art. 8 and 9 of the Personal Data Protection Act (UODO) of May 10, 2018 as part of a lump sum remuneration in up to 50 hours a month. The services will be provided remotely. A detailed description of the subject of the order can be found in the document entitled The draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex No. 6 to the SWZ. The order is to be executed with due diligence and in accordance with all requirements contained in the SWZ with annexes and possible information for Contractors. The offer must be clear and comprehensive, i.e. cover the entire subject of the order. The Contractor is obliged to submit an offer whose content allows the Ordering Party to: verifying the offer in terms of its compliance with the content of the SWZ.
