The subject of the order is the delivery by the Contractor to the Ordering Party of an enveloped "Security Guide" together with a letter to postal boxes within the meaning of the Act of November 23, 2012, Postal Law (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 366, as amended), divided into 2 parts. The detailed scope and subject of part of the order are specified in the Description of the Subject of the Order, hereinafter referred to as "OPZ", constituting Annex No. 1 to the draft Agreement (Annex No. 1a to the SWZ for PART 1 and Annex No. 1b to the SWZ for PART 2). The subject of the order must be implemented in accordance with the draft Agreement, including: OPZ.
PART 1
The subject of the order is the delivery by the Contractor to the Ordering Party of PLN 2, 000, 000 (in words: two million) of an enveloped "Security Guide" together with a letter to the recipient's mailboxes within the meaning of the Act of November 23, 2012, Postal Law (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 366, as amended. d.). The subject of the order should be implemented in accordance with the draft Agreement (Annex No. 1a to the SWZ), including the Description of the Subject of the Order (Annex No. 1 to the draft Agreement).
PART 2
The subject of the order is the delivery by the Contractor to the Ordering Party of PLN 14, 800, 000 (in words: fourteen million eight hundred) of an enveloped "Security Guide" together with a letter to postal boxes within the meaning of the Act of November 23, 2012, Postal Law (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 366, as amended).
