3.1. The subject of the order is: Performance of security and cleaning services for the Feature Film Studio in Wroclaw in 20273.2. Zamwie Common Vocabulary: CPV 79710000-4, 90910000-9.3.3. The ordering party does not divide the order into parts. Therefore, the Ordering Party does not allow the submission of partial offers, o referred to in Art. 7 point 15 of the Public Procurement Law. Reasons for not making the division: Due to the Contractor's responsibility for the Ordering Party's property covered by security and cleaning services, including the safety of high-value film equipment located in the Ordering Party's facility, the division is not justified parts orders to limit procedures aimed at determining the entity responsible for possible damage. The lack of division into parts does not limit the share of the small and medium-sized enterprises (SME) sector in the public procurement market.3.4.
