Announcement of offers Ministry of Defense - Department of Military Works announces the need to provide savings for the supply of warehouse / 471 / under an internal contract p / i
Those wishing to submit these materials should review the required documents and obtainOn the books of technical and special conditions and the quantities table from the building of the Military Works Department - Contracts Section as of its date and the payment of the value of the dossier financial character (200) SP.
Technical presentations shall be submitted to the Office of the Military Works Department in a sealed envelope attached with the technical bulletins until the end of official working hours on Monday 2 /9/2019 Attached to the provisional insurance amounting to (350.000) only three hundred and fifty thousand Syrian pounds by certified check or bank guarantee to the order of the Military Works Department along with the following supporting documents:
1 Undocumented document 2 Non-employee document 3 Copy of personal identification 4 Copy of commercial registration 5 Document of purchase6- A document of participation in the Arab Foundation for Advertising
7 - A written statement to review the books of technical and special conditions No offer or technical bulletin submitted after this date or violating these conditions shall be accepted. The bid bond is (10%) of the offer value.
Financial proposals are submitted to the Office of Military WorksWithin a sealed envelope indicating the bidder`s name and address, and the individual and final prices will be subject to the offer until 10 o`clock on Saturday, 14/9/2019.
