Brief description of the subject of the order: 1. Description of the subject of the order The subject of the order includes the provision of services: 1) sanitary transport with a basic team (available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, at the request of the Ordering Party). Ambulance transport in a P-type emergency ambulance with a basic teamwithin the meaning of Art. 36 section 1 point 2 of the Act of September 8, 2006 on State Emergency Medical Services (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1541). The Ordering Party requires that the core team include at least: two people authorized to perform emergency medical activities, including a system nurse or paramedicsmedical examiner. Team members must have the authorizations required by law. If none of the team members meets the conditions referred to in Art. 106 section 1 of the Act of January 5, 2011 on vehicle drivers (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 622), the team includes a driver.
