1. The subject of the order is the comprehensive provision of respite care services under the Respite Care program - 2026 edition. The program is addressed to family members or guardians providing direct care for children with a disability certificate. or persons with a certificate of significant disability, in accordance with the Act of August 27, 1997 on vocational and social rehabilitation and employment of disabled persons, or a certificate equivalent to the above-mentioned, who require the service respite care. The services will consist in: - temporary relief from everyday duties associated with providing care, providing time for rest and regeneration, - strengthening personal potential and limiting the impact of psychophysical burdens associated with providing care through psychological or therapeutic support, - increasing the level of competences regarding supporting a disabled person by learning support techniques, nursing, conducting rehabilitation activities at home and covering specialized counseling in the field of psychological and social aspects of support for people with disabilities...
