Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the provision of respite care services at the place of residence of a person with disabilities under the ministerial program of the Minister of Family, Labor and Social Policy Respite Care - 2026 edition. 2. The services will be provided in maximum number of 2640 hours. The planned number of hours of respite care services is 240 hours of services for 1 disabled person. In the event of a large number of applications, the hours will be divided among the applicants.3. Due to the specific nature of the item orders The Ordering Party reserves the right to change the number of people using care services during the term of the contract.4. The ordering party guarantees the minimum scope of the order: care for 8 disabled people, i.e. a minimum of 1, 920 hours of care services. respite.5. A detailed description of the conditions for the implementation of the subject of the order is included in the draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex No. 8 to SWZ.6.
