1. The subject of the order is the provision of water rescue services in the MOSiR Swimming Facilities Complex in Elblg, including in particular: 1) rescue protection of facilities belonging to the Swimming Pool Facilities Complex (hereinafter: KOB), i.e.: d) Dolinka Water Recreation Center at ul. Moniuszki 25 (hereinafter: CRW Dolinka);e) Kryta Pywalnia at ul. Robotnicza 68 (hereinafter referred to as the indoor swimming pool); f) Dolinka Water Park at u. Moniuszki 27; and implementation of this service based on the schedule for securing water rescue services, constituting Annex No. 3 to the contract template and based on water safety regulations in individual facilities, constituting Annex No. 4 to the contract template; 2) ensuring the safety of persons using facilities belonging to KOB in accordance with applicable law, in particular the Act of August 18, 2011 on the safety of persons staying in water areas (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 714.as amended) together with implementing acts, i.e.: a) Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs of June 21, 2012 on water rescue training (Journal of Laws of 2012, item 747, as amended), b) Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs ...
