Providing the repair service of front couplers along with additional work on bimodal multiple units of the 36WEh type.
1. The subject of the order is the provision of renovation services 22 front couplers with additional works in 45WE electric multiple units and 12 front couplers with additional works in 36 WEh bimodal multiple units belonging to Koleje Dolnośląskie S.A., in accordance with the Maintenance System Documentation, Documentation technical and operational, as well as relevant Polish Standards, including those taking into account the implementation of relevant European Standards, Industry Standards and the provisions of national law and European Union law in force during the duration of the contract.
2. Detailed description of the subject of the order, requirements and the Ordering Party's expectations were specified in the Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ - III part of SWZ) and in the Contract Template (WU - II part of SWZ), which constitute an integral part of SWZ.,
3. Acting pursuant to Art. 139 section 1 Pzp, the Ordering Party informs that it will apply the so-called "reverse procedure, i.e. first will examine and evaluate the offers, and then subjectively qualify the Contractor whose offer was rated the highest in terms of the lack of grounds for exclusion and compliance with the conditions for participation in the proceedings.
