Tender Details

1. The subject of the proceedings is: provision of reception and information services, including bedding and cleaning services and supervision of devices installed at the headquarters of the Krakow Scena STU Theater in the period 2026 - 2027 2. The contractor's obligations will include: a) service reception, including: - checking in and out of guest rooms, - settling guests' stays in guest rooms (operating a cash register, accepting cash and securing it appropriately). The ordering party requires the ability to operate a cash register - operation telephone exchange, - issuing and accepting keys to administrative rooms, studios and other rooms of the Theater according to the list of employees authorized to collect keys, keeping records of key collections against receipt, - after working hours appropriate organizational units of the Ordering Party: check the closing of the doors to the office rooms, dressing rooms and storage rooms, check the closing of the doors at the back of the stage and the exits to the smoking room; turning off unnecessary lighting in the facility, b) bedding and cleaning service guest rooms, including changing bed linen, cleaning guest rooms upon request, c) information service, including ...
