Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the provision of printing services for the Poznań Philharmonic, successively, within a period of 12 months from the date of validity of the contract.2. A detailed description of the requirements and scope of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 3 and 3A to the SWZ form price - offer.3. In specific cases, no more than 12 times during the contract execution period, the Ordering Party reserves the right to receive a test print to verify the quality of the prepared material and specific parameters. The need is extinguished will be each time the order is sent for printing.4 The Contractor will be obliged to deliver individual materials ordered by the Ordering Party in a way that ensures their protection against the influence of external factors and damage.5. Transport costs must be be included in the complex price offer, the costs of delivery to the Ordering Party are covered by the Contractor. Delivery to the ordering party's registered office or another place indicated in the city of Poznań.
