Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is to provide a primary school with equipment and teaching aids for planned classes as part of the task titled: Increasing the quality of general education in the Lubie Kujawski commune under the European Funds for Kujawy and Pomerania 2021-2027 program. 2. The task is not divided into honors. The Ordering Party will not divide the order into parts due to the fact that such a division would pose a risk of excessive technical difficulties and excessive costs of carrying out the order. The need to coordinate the activities of various contractors implementing individual parts of the order could seriously jeopardize the proper execution of the order. The failure to divide the order was therefore dictated by technical and organizational reasons and the nature of the subject of the order. Optionally used division Part orders would not increase competitiveness in the sector of small and medium-sized enterprises - the scope of the order is typical, enabling contractors from the group of small and medium-sized enterprises to submit an offer.
