Tender Details

The subject of the order is the provision of postal services in domestic and foreign trade to the Wrocław City Guard in the scope of accepting, sorting, moving and delivering parcels in specific weight categories and their returns after exhausting the possibilities of delivering them to the addressees, as well as the service of collecting parcels from the Ordering Party's registered office. The Ordering Party informs that the Contractor who joins the proceedings in question undertakes to provide postal services to the Ordering Party in the scope of: accepting, transporting and delivering postal items, their possible returns, covering the delivery area in the country and abroad, in accordance with the Regulations on the provision of universal services of the Postal Law Act of November 23, 2012. (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2026.558), with the that the acceptance of shipments and delivery of returns will take place at the ordering party's headquarters. The contractor will provide the services specified in section 5.1., to the extent and under the conditions specified in the Description of the subject of the order, which constitutes Annex No. 6 to the SWZ and the provisions the draft contract constituting Annex No. 7 to the SWZ.
