The subject of the order is the provision of postal services in domestic and foreign traffic, in the scope of receiving, moving and delivering postal items and their possible returns, providing the service of collecting parcels from the Ordering Party's registered office and provision of courier services.2. The services that are the subject of the order will be provided in accordance with the provisions of generally applicable law, in particular in accordance with the provisions of the Postal Law Act of November 23, 2012 (Journal of Laws of 2026, item 558) and legal acts implementing regulations issued on its basis.3. The quantities of individual shipment items provided by the Ordering Party in the Price Form, constituting Annex No. 1 to the OPZ, are estimates. The orderer reserves the right not to use the total quantity indicated shipments. The Ordering Party informs that the specified quantities of individual shipments as part of the services provided may change depending on the needs of the Ordering Party. Reducing or increasing the number of particular types of shipments does not constitute an amendment to the contract.
